On the Pilot Builds Engineering Team, I supported the validation of pilot programs, from prototype builds to full-line launch, including the 2025 Rivian R1 and Amazon EDV. My work involved:

  • Resolving prototype concerns and developing jigs

  • Designing critical early phases of the R2 pilot manufacturing line

  • Engineering data solutions to enable data-driven decision making

At Martinrea, I helped implement a High-Frequency Delivery System to enhance material flow, reduce downtime, and optimize space usage. My contributions included:

  • Implementing component carts to reduce forklift traffic

  • Forming foundations of a welding rework system to save parts

  • Executing a change-over system (SMAD), reducing downtime
